Preamble

By subscribing to the Platform (as defined below), the User agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Article 1: Definitions

"Platform": Refers to the OUN (عون) platform, which provides analytics and data about global financial markets.

"User": Any natural or legal person who agrees to this agreement to create a subscription account on the Platform.

"Content": All data, analytics, charts, indicators, algorithmic models, automated outputs, or other informational materials displayed on the Platform.

"Subscription": A paid service that grants the User access to the Platform's content and tools during the subscription period.

Article 2: Nature and Scope of Service

2.1 The Platform provides general analytical and informational content about global financial markets, particularly foreign capital markets.

2.2 The User expressly acknowledges that the Platform:

• Does not provide buy, sell, or hold recommendations.
• Does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice.
• Does not engage in portfolio management, brokerage, or trade execution.
• Does not practice any securities activity subject to licensing.
• No content shall be considered an offer, solicitation, or inducement to make any investment decision.

Article 3: Algorithmic Analysis and AI

3.1 Content relies on algorithmic analysis models and AI technologies that process historical data and quantitative indicators using statistical and automated models.

3.2 The User acknowledges that algorithmic outputs do not represent human opinion or investment recommendations, and results are probabilistic in nature.

Article 4: Risk Acknowledgment

4.1 The User acknowledges that investing in financial markets carries high risks and may result in partial or total loss of capital.

4.2 All investment decisions are made at the User's own discretion and responsibility.

Article 5: Disclaimer

Content provided through the Platform is not subject to any express or implied warranties. The Platform bears no responsibility for any financial losses, investment decisions, or any direct or indirect reliance on the content.

Article 6: Regulatory Compliance

The content does not constitute advisory or recommendation under applicable Saudi Arabian regulations. Operating the Platform does not constitute an activity requiring licensing from the Capital Market Authority.

Articles 7-14: Additional Provisions

Include provisions on subscription and fees, usage restrictions, intellectual property, data usage, subscription termination, amendments, governing law (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), and acceptance.

By using the Platform, the User acknowledges having read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to this agreement.
